Calling all Ightenhill residents

Post by MACCA » Sat Apr 04, 2020 6:54 pm

If you are lucky enough to live around here, and are on Facebook, then like/join Ightenhill community group, and not only do they keep you up to date with local news and events, but they are also doing a quiz tonight.
Picture round starts at 19:00, then the main quiz starts at 19:30.

Its the first time we have played, but apparently there was one last week too.

See you there

( suppose you don't need to live here specifically, so if you like a family quiz pop a long )

Seems strange... what sort of quiz bans people for asking questions? :? How will they check for the right answers if the question master is banned? :? Bizarre... ;)

Whatever you do, don't mention the illegally blocked bridleway/cycle path/Burnley way / Bronte way that takes you from Park Lane to the bridge over the River Calder. It's the Ightenhill/Padiham cycleway.

I'm not too far away either, but sadly not on facecloth either.

Shame, as I like a quiz.

Was it essential to make the video whoever did it?

Everybody was on the path that was unblocked over the river Calder, that's why streets were so quiet.

I take it you're on the communith group

I've been down several times this past week and they seemed empty threats, however yesterday there were some fences put up, but take down again by someone.

Helped me on my way, so extremely grateful.

Looks like another belting day for a stroll too :)
