I was reluctant to use the term "share it" or "pass it on"

I came across this advice via JK Rowling

You can’t beat box breathing in certain circumstances, 4 in deep inhalation let the lungs fill, count to 4, exhalation for 4, repeat, it’s useful in anxiety/panic attacks.

I do inhalation and use 5 in, 5 hold, 7 out, 5 hold and repeat.

A lung buster but does the trick.

Keep well all.

I think the then lying on your front breathing bit after this is also a key point given on the video.

Bump

Inhaled the following tonight.

3 drops Ravensara 2 Drops Ravintsara, 2 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Tea Tree, 2 drops Eucalyptus.

Anti-viral and decongestant. Keeps the germs away.

I dont think you need to be using them all...1 at a time surely is plenty?

Up to 5 Ian...so one could be enough. The Frankincense one has a few ifs and buts about it tbh. But I can see your point.
