Anyone got their money back yet ?

I applied on line, using the official form, 10 days ago, but nothing has arrived yet.

According to my bank statement, I was issued with a refund two days after I purchased my tickets back in February.

I didn't notice a refund on my account prior to the news the game had been cancelled.

How did you both pay for them ? I paid in person at the ticket office and so had to
apply using the official form. If you bought online, then they will credit the account from
which the funds were taken.

Thing is, they didn't say when.

I bought mine online from the ticket sales on the website...

Am awaiting refund on the card I use to purchase on the ticketline using my "Clarets number"

Oh, so whichever method was used to pay is irrelevant. Neither have had refunds yet.

They are working under very strange and trying circumstances and there's time yet. It's not exactly
a fortune that I'm owed, but when added to all the other refunds that I'm due, for gigs in particular,
it all adds up to a fair old amount.

It will happen ... I am still awaiting refunds on train tkts, RHS Spring Show at Malvern Tkts and a few more things....

My mistake - the refund I received a couple of days after I purchased my tickets for this game was for something I returned to the club shop, which coincidentally was the same amount as the total of the four tickets I purchased for this game.

I received refunds for these tickets on 16th April. Four refunds in total, even though the tickets were bought in one transaction - £10, £10, £1 and £1.

Got my £22 money refunded back Friday, just another almost 3k to be paid back now for flights, holidays, car parking, concerts and shows that have been cancelled

I received an email on Friday telling me that my refund had been actioned.

To date, nothing has materialised. Time will tell.

it too says I've been refunded as indicated by a -ve amount in the account.

You're not expecting Burnley FC to refund that are you?

I received refunds for these tickets on 16th April. Four refunds in total, even though the tickets were bought in one transaction - £10, £10, £1 and £1.

The refunds are not being done by the ticket office at Burnley and they are being done ticket by ticket so if, as above, you bought more than one your refunds will be one for each ticket.
