Just found this pic from the 1999/2000 season but where is it and who had scored the goal?

Does look like Mullin. The GMR has thrown me though, thinking it was Oldham or Bury but I think Tod is correct.

It's the kit that did it now there's a full change every year. Recognise which season the kit is from then it's a matter of familiarity of who we played that season and the respective stadia.
