Burnley will not of paid City the money before the game took place.
And would be fools if they paid after the game didn't take place.

Re: Season T
Not sure they should be collecting payments when they will not be able to offer a full season of games. What happens to people who cancel having paid some payments and others who have paid in full already ?

Re: Season T
me too - I'll probably just leave the value on the team card to use to purchase next seasons shirt and some other bits.
Re: Season T
Anyone know what the refund value is for a full adult ticket? Seems odd but I just let my direct debit renew year on year so I don’t actually know how much a season ticket was this year...
The per match value of a £329 season ticket is £17.31. Based over four matches the full refund value would be £69.24. - I suspect my adult ticket is considerable more than £329 (I’m James Hargreaves lower)

Not sure how much it is in there but take a look at your monthly payment and then multiply it by 48 and divide by 19MarkGreen wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 10:22 amAnyone know what the refund value is for a full adult ticket? Re: Season T
If you choose to keep points on card and use for future ST would the future ST have to be paid in full?

Re: Season T
I'll try to get an answer on that but I don't see why not. But what is a future season ticket? Are they referring to 2021/22 season given a lot of people have already committed to 2020/21?

Re: Season T
Baring in mind the points "expire" on June 30th 2021 then the 2021/22 season is the only season it could be used onClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 10:37 amI'll try to get an answer on that but I don't see why not. Yes, when the club staff are expected to return to work.Sheedyclaret wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 10:40 amAm i reading correctly we cant do anything till the 15th of june?
But that's fine if you look back at what was originally said - info by today and payments by a date in late June.

Re: Season T
Ah fair enough. Just based my judgement on what Teamcard points could be used for before. If this is the case my decision isn’t as clear cut as before. Would be handy putting it towards another ST.
Cheers.

Not sure what difference my £82 will make tbh, but the Premier League clubs have been asked for £200m between them to support the Championship, L1 & L2

Surely it's multiply it by 12 then divide by 19?ClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 10:27 amNot sure how much it is in there but take a look at your monthly payment and then multiply it by 48 and divide by 19
Then for total refund you multiply this answer by 4.

Monthly payment x 48 / 19 is exactly the same as monthly payment x 12 / 19 x 4

Got to admit, it took me a while to work out why x48 as "mentally" that is saying you have made 48 monthly payments

Received my email today which I am glad the club have gone down this route but nothing on it mentions about tickets bought for the City away game
Does anyone know what is happening regarding these tickets?

Re: Season T
Match tickets purchased online and over the phone using a credit/debit card will be automatically refunded back to the paying card. This process is set to be completed between the dates 5th June & 12th June and requires no further action from supporters.
Supporters who paid for their match tickets in person at the ticket office have the following three options to claim their refund when the ticket office reopens on 15th June: By calling in to the Turf Moor Ticket Office (please ensure you have proof of ID and you know your Clarets Number), by calling the ticket office on 01282 446800 (Option 2 or 3) or by using the refund application form linked below.
Please note, once club staff are back in the offices on Monday 15th June the link below will become active and supporters will be able to claim refunds. Thank you for your patience.
