Post by Steve1956 » Fri Apr 24, 2020 5:23 pm

This week I started going for a few lengthy walks,my postures all wrong and by the time im finished in between my shoulders are creasing me,i stoop as I walk, has any of you Clarets any experience of using one of these, there has been I lot of advertising of them recently thinking of giving it a try,are they the strapping things you ocassianly see footballers wearing?

I actually bought one the other day.

I only tried it for 5 minutes, but I could still lean over if I wanted to - it's uncomfortable to wear, but apparently you get used to it.

This is the one I bought: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07ZPS64JL/

Tried one for around a month - no effect other than you know it’s there - so it acts as a reminder to alter your posture

Just bumping this for Steve, if he sees it.

This seems to be working for me so far, and it can be used on an office chair too. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07CVS5FTT/

I'm sure it's a healthier method that I would normally do - and that's lean over the settee's arm, to crack my back!
