Club Shop Website
I have just spent a frustrating 15 mins trying to order from club shop. I have logged in and selected 4 items to purchase but when i go to checkout it keeps taking me back to my profile page. What am i missing?
Re: Club Shop Website
That was happening to me too a couple of weeks ago and I ended up having to ring the club shop and they took the order over the phone.

Re: Club Shop Website
Sorted thanks to Steve Hawthorn. Emailed the shop and it seems in my profile the field for country was blank {maybe they don't know which country Burnley is in} but after updating this it was neccessary to log out and back in again and everything now ok. Order placed, and have to say very impressed with speed of emails between us and problem solved.

Re: Club Shop Website
I had same problem - I phoned shop to be told they don't take orders over the phone - email with problem
...emailed claretstore on 21st April - still waiting a response!
worked it out myself - I needed to confirm I was from United Kingdom!
profile page didn't highlight the omission.
when I started out the item was available but once sorted item was 'out of stock' mmmm!

Re: Club Shop Website
Any ideas on when they’ll really start flogging stuff proper cheap? They must have loads of excess stock. Or will it all go in the bin?
Re: Club Shop Website
There’s quite a bit in the sale. The deal on home and away shirts plus Umbro t shirts at £15 and training and polo shirts are BOGOF.

Re: Club Shop Website
You’d think that in this day and age and being a globally recognized club in the most watched league in the world the club would have a decent transactional website but it’s rubbish and any updates they have done over the years haven’t made it any better.

Re: Club Shop Website
I tried to buy online last week and gave up to it. As I was logging in, there was a message stating that they were aware that people had to have several, different log ins for various aspects of the website and that they are going to remedy the situation as it is clearly not ideal. It then asked you to log on and proceed, without saying which log on to use.
None of my log ins worked, so I thought that I would have to register again for the club shop. So, I proceeded to register and I kept getting the message that my email address was invalid. This despite it being used for all the other aspects of the site.
As I say, I gave it up as a bad job with the words going round in my head, "you can shove your merchandise up your @rse, if a muti million pound business can't come up with a website that's fit for purpose then it's a very poor, amateur state of affairs"
Whilst I'm having a good moan, I still haven't received my refund for the under 21 international, despite having had an email confirming that my tickets had been cancelled. I spoke to the ticket office, who were very helpful, I have say, who said they only deal with reconciling the ticket stock and the matter of the refund had been passed to accounts to be organised. That was 2 weeks ago, and I applied for the refund exactly 1 month ago. To add insult to injury, they have taken the first payment out for next season !!!!!
Easy and willing to take it, not so willing and able to give it back. I know they're working under difficult conditions but the whole operation is very amateur to say the least.

Re: Club Shop Website
I took advantage of the Two for One offer on shirts recently and decided to get the Black Tracksuit as well.
Problem free and delivered within 2 weeks (delay was expected). I have to say the Tracksuit is real quality and a steal at the sale price.

Did the same, don't mind paying about 30% of the usual price for the kids stuff. Got to say the website worked ok, if a bit clunky. Anyway, the order turned up after a week which is pretty good at the moment.

Re: Club Shop Website
What are the sizes like with the home shirts? Is it still the best idea to go for one size up from your normal size?

Re: Club Shop Website
Surplus kit is not binned. I think it is sold cheaply in bulk to a football shop in Blackpool. Presumably they sell all sorts of kits to holiday makers in a normal summer.
