Funnily enough yup. Done a couple of Crabbies ginger beers to settle in and just moved on to Fraoch heather beer - bloody lovely!

Orkney Gold to come next

what’s the point of bringing Barnes on so late...no time to effect the game! :?

In these days of VAR there is a good chance that their first goal would have been disallowed for half a toe being offside!

Gets overlooked a bit as it wasn’t against the Big 6 or at the business end of the season but easily one of the best games at the Turf. Celebrated that winner like it was against the B***ards.

I'm sure the Palace fans were absolutely delighted that the injury time winner was scored by an ex Brighton player as well.

Really enjoyed watching this....I'm another who completely lost it when Barnes blasted that winner in and it was still pretty exciting watching it again today. I'd also forgotten that Palace hit the post even after that !!

When we got our 90th minute winner vs Everton a few games earlier in the same season did they also go up the other end and hit the post? Might have been Bolassie

That was when Arfield got the winner after JBG hit the bar I clearly remember but , again, I can't remember any subsequent event in the match. I was probably still hyper-ventilating so am an unreliable witness.

I'll probably get slagged off but I thought Flanagan had a very good 2nd half, apart from being skinned by Zaha for their 1st goal that is.
Maybe it was his only good game for us as it's certainly been down hill for him ever since.

Thought the same. In fairness he did ok at Palace in the away game when he came on for Ward. Vaguely remember him playing at Old Trafford too in the 0-0 draw

It was the mare he had at right back at Stoke that did for him. Played well in this game and when he came on at Palace.

No. Everton didn’t threaten after the Arfield goal.

Brilliant game, even better finish. How good did we look with that 5 man midfield with Defour pulling the strings though.

Thanks. Was that another season with Bolassie for Everton? After fairly late goal for us?

Really enjoyed that. Defour was a class above. Crazy game and thought we’d lose after conceding the equaliser.

Request for the next game would be our win at home against Derby in the league winning season.

I'd forgotten that even after Barnes had scored they could have got an equaliser when Townsend hit the post in the last seconds
