Surely 3 of ours are going to at least get a mention?

Will it be the top six or the big six?

They'll probably mean the big 6.

It'll be a travesty if some of ours don't get bigged-up.

Apparently it's the traditional big six,so,Arsenal,Chelsea,Liverpool, both Manc clubs and Spurs,IDK who's in the list, but i suspect it'll contain several Everton,Leicester and Wolves players,i could be wrong though, you'd expect at least one of McNeil,Pope or Tarks,to merit some coverage, but we'll see i guess.

Looks like they mean all-time, not just this season.

I don't know why I forced myself to watch this nearly until the bitter end.

I took it from the programme title that it would be players who not finished in the top six but no.

Nearly all of their joint 11 had links with Blackburn, Southampton and of course Newcastle where 75% of the programme was centred upon.

Shearer gave the best ever PL player to Gary Speed because he was his mate and second to Le Tissier because he started at Southampton at the same time. But Jamie Vardy had to win the whole thing even though he has nothing to do with being outside the top 6 but is of course a favourite of Linekers.

It was cringeworthy.

I thought Gary Speed was a good shout. He was a brilliant player for Leeds, Everton and Newcastle.
You only have to what other players like Roy Keane, Giggs and many others said about how good he was to know that. And whilst he was at these clubs they were actually in the top 6 a lot of the time but for the purpose of the programme none of them were counted as top 6 teams.
I thought Le Tissier might win it - but in reality the likes of Gary Speed achieved far more in the game and whilst not as gifted they were better players than Le Tiss.
