Im sure fans of nearly every club in the Premier League could come up with lists of overseas signings that havent worked and have cost their club a lot of money. I suspect looking at that list that only Defour will have stung us financially.

I think Vossen had only been on loan at Boro

Signed from Genk and sold to Club Brugge - as randomclaret said, he'd been on loan at Middlesbrough
