Ahmaud Abery was out jogging near his home on a Sunday afternoon in Brunswick, Georgia on February 23 2020, when two white men saw him, got their guns, got in a truck, chased him down, pulled up next to him, shot him at least two times, and killed him right on the spot. Ahmaud was unarmed, broke now laws, and did nothing wrong. He was only 25 years old. The men who murdered him have not been arrested. A video of Ahmaud being killed in cold blood recently leaked online and is utterly horrifying.

Haven’t looked at the link. If it was committed in Georgia at least they have the Death Penalty. They need to use it to make a statement. Killing someone because that are a different colour is ignorant stupidity beyond belief. USA is a country made up of immigrants. The murderers family will have come from somewhere else. I was checking in for a cruise in Tampa and they had a section in the hall for leaving any weapons that people had on them.One NRA ( he was was wearing a shirt with the logo on) member was kicking off saying he had the right to take his guns on the ship with him.

I’ve a similar opinion, I love travelling and will go one day but it’s nowhere near the top of my list

What a ridiculous thing to say. As if there are really people on this forum who would condone this. As for Orange Don, what has this got to do with him? This ingrained racism in many states of America is sadly not going away any time soon. Barack Obama didn’t get anywhere near tackling the issues of racism and the constitutional right to carry firearms nor will Trump.
I really hope the father and son who committed this awful unjust murder get the sentences they deserve. However, I doubt they will.

I was in the same City in Florida when Trayvon Martin was killed and it was a very, very weird time.

Going in to places like Walmart and seeing shelves full of ammunition is so strange but it's just how it is in the USA.
