I liked the Pretty Things. They started out as a sort of "me too" Rolling Stones then morphed into something a bit more psychedelic.
Ive still got an EP with a couple of their early hits on (Dont Bring Me Down and Rosalyn); I remember the tunes and words to these songs still after 55+ years. Also still got original vinyl of Parachute LP which has held up really well over time IMO.

There's a pretty decent double cd available called "psychodelic years" which has stuff from both Parachute and S.F. Sorrow.

RIP Phil, thanks for the sounds.
