Excellent stuff again from Sean - so much on how he shapes things rather than about football

Just finished it and it really does show the excellent, albeit simplistic, ethos which SD has instilled in the club. Respect, manners and common sense in it's purest form.

The one thing I would suggest is that Sean would arguably not get either the remit or the time to instill such a philosophy at another club. Could you imagine him telling the likes of Pogba to take headphones off when going to the ground?

This is truly a club now built in his image, which I can't see him risking for a simple jaunt at somewhere like Palarse.
