No email here either, but I'm still waiting for the one saying we had to register our options with regards to said refund
Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
There must be something wrong with my email. I receive zero from the club, about anything.

Just check your personal settings in "Your Account" on the official website. There are various options
to switch on/switch off various communications and style of communication from the club. It could well
be that "email" for example is turned off.
Just a thought to help you.

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
I have had the E-Mail.
"This process is now underway and supporters will see the bank transfer payment entering their chosen bank accounts over the coming days/weeks. This is a large and complex project for us to complete, while also still running under restricted coronavirus working guidelines, so we kindly ask for your patience as we get this process completed" (the club).
I guess we will just have to be patient. The club will most likely have had to have a batch program developed that will pick up the information needed for the BACS transfer from their database. It would then put the information into a file and transmit to the supporters banks. No doubt there will be several different banks to transfer to. I'm not sure whether there is a standard format or whether each bank will have their own format. Perhaps they will do it one bank at a time.
There is then likely to be a 'BACS rejects process'. If any supporter has entered their details inaccurately the bank will reject the transfer. The club are then likely to receive a 'rejects file' from each bank. They will need some way of processing the rejects and finding an alternative way of reimbursing the supporters affected.

im still waiting on ryanair for flights cancelled for early June to Ibiza.
The hotel we were meant to be going to in Greece in September is staying shut this summer, that refund was instant.
Gig tickets took about 30 days.

My refund in my Bank this morning.
Can only praise the Club for dealing with this with limited staff and as I am fortunate not to be dependent on the timing, it is however paid back before this season has ended.

I've still not the email for all 3 of my refund applications. Should I be concerned? I've had it for 2 of the 3.

That's not the refund, it's a deposit for a Twix.

How long was the thread when we didn’t get the money back for our first season tickets in the Premier League? I’m sure that was a 4/5 month delay for the full cost!

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
Never paid a penny for 2009/10 season ticket, once we had won at Wembley I contacted the ticket office asking how do we go about getting the season ticket under the Premier League pledge and ticket office said to leave it with them, I think come early July new season ticket arrived in the post free of charge.Winstonswhite wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 11:03 amHow long was the thread when we didn’t get the money back for our first season tickets in the Premier League? Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
We also had an option of obtaining a share in the club. I wish I could go back and tell my younger self to take them up on that offer. I think shares were 200 quid. What would they be worth now?claretburns wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 11:35 amNever paid a penny for 2009/10 season ticket, once we had won at Wembley I contacted the ticket office asking how do we go about getting the season ticket under the Premier League pledge and ticket office said to leave it with them, I think come early July new season ticket arrived in the post free of charge.

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
I've spoken to the Ticket Office and you need to contact the Accounts Dept. by email to sort this, as it's presumably an input error by them. The email address is Accounts@burnleyfc.com
