Oh I've spent it alright, but not actually had it yet.
Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
I would also ask the question to those who "haven't had an email yet" ... did you go on the website and fill out the form to claim your refund ????

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
Not had the email inviting me to apply for a refund, I applied via the link on this site, no email to confirm I'd applied for said refund, no email to update me of the delay, and no refund received as yet.
I receive a marketing email to my email.address every Friday though.
Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
Well I got 2 emails confirming receipt of my claim for each ticket .... over a week agoBarry_Chuckle wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 9:10 pmNot had the email inviting me to apply for a refund, I applied via the link on this site, no email to confirm I'd applied for said refund, no email to update me of the delay, and no refund received as yet.

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
For those who haven't had an email, have you looked at your Season Card details online to check if your refund amount was put onto your card and then taken off? This should have happened if you asked for a refund.
Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
Pretty much identical to me that.Barry_Chuckle wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 9:10 pmNot had the email inviting me to apply for a refund, I applied via the link on this site, no email to confirm I'd applied for said refund, no email to update me of the delay, and no refund received as yet.

I get the marketing emails but not had any on the refund.
(and yes I did fill out the refund form and I have checked my junk)

Don''t think there is any logic to it such as alphabetical order. I think it is just how they are processed and are sent in batches.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 5:15 pmDoes anybody know how they're sorting through the refunds, alphabetical, order of requests, blocks of stands etc ?

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
That's the highest payment return for a standard season ticket - you must sit either in the Bob Lord or the centre sections of the Longside Upper.pureclaret wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 10:41 pmi have checked my bank account and got £95.79 from burnley fo acb so guess got my money,

Ha ha - of all the first team players still alive, Derek Adams (now Morecambe manager) would be first in the queue if he had a season ticket.

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
Got ours this morning.
It must be pretty demoralising processing all of those refunds. I've got a vacation property and I got a whole bunch of cancellations when this mess started and it was damned grim processing all the refunds. Horrible

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
I had some vouchers for the shop and went down on Tuesday, I had to park across from the ticket office so I popped in to see if I had my money, the lad confirmed it was on my Clarets card plus another 15quid I didn't know about so I went to the shop and spent the lot.

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley confirm ticket refunds
Still not had mine back & I applied the day before it told us to so ages ago now. I have had an email though last week saying they received my application.
Not kicking off as I don’t really need the refund, but nonetheless this has been an absolute shower from start to finish. Particularly when we are paying £37 a month for next seasons ticket, knowing full well we won’t be watching games at the start of the season.
It is what it is but I don’t understand why they told everyone it would be 26th of June when a full 3 weeks later it still hasn’t happened like who did the maths on the timings?
