I have now received my refund.
Don't blame the club for what seem to be late refunds. It does seem to be a long time but they will have had to do a lot of work to get the BACS details off to the banks. Most likely they will have had to get someone to write a program to collect the details from the club database and produce BACS files to transmit to the various banks. Then they will have had to have another program to handle Bacs Rejects from the Banks.

Surname "Spencer" and 2 refunds for the Bob Lord received today.
Quite a lot of criticism of the Club but this has been an enormous task and one which many airlines and holiday providers have totally ignored.

Further to my previous post of requesting 2 but only receiving 1. I checked on Teamcard (thanks Claret Tony) and both refund requests were showing, emailed club, they said they had only received one request, but are now in the process of amending and the second one should be back within 7 days.
Hopefully sorted for everyone soon.......

I've decided the money is going on a horse when I get it at odds of more than evens. When it wins I will do the same again which will pay for a one way flight home from a New Zealand university for our eldest in September.

Just popped into the ticket office as I hadn't received mine (surname M). They said they are now up to W so when I asked where mine was they said it should be with me within a couple of days. Very strange since both my daughters (surname M) have both had a refund in their bank earlier this week.
Also asked about a Watford ticket refund - no sign of that one being claimed so they just refunded it back to my bank card whilst I was there.
Suspect another visit might be required when the season ticket money doesn't arrive.

And this all along would have been sorted they put an auto acknowledgement on the application.
I simply think there has been too much manual intervention.

Because after my "paranoid" post about not receiving an email confirmation when submitting my request, it appears somehow that the club did not get my request for a refund. Though my teamcard indicates otherwise.
After a few calls, and several emails and sending screenshot of teamcard they have sorted it.
The staff were helpful, but something is clearly amiss.

Not wanting to go into detail because my overall issue goes all the way back to the summer of 2014 when they made a cock up with my season ticket which I initially put behind me but my latest issue obviously with the refunds just adds to this.
I'm not going into detail of the situation on here because you do get posters on here who will defend the club come what may so it wouldn't be fair to publicly air on here I will take it up with the complaints department privately.
