Broke our hearts at the Hawthorns but what a great signing for our club. Surprising that it took so long for a First Division side to sign him. Covered for Mick Doc at right back in his first season and am I right in thinking he never missed a penalty?

That’s true 28 consecutive penalties, not sure how that compares to Alexander? and he played (and scored) in the Anglo-Italian cup final for Swindon who beat Roma 4-0 in the home leg!!

And yet he only ever took penalties for Burnley.......incredible that other clubs didn't trust him to take them.

Grezza only missed one for us but he missed others at other clubs.

Google “most consecutive penalty goals” and neither player gets a mention!

I was on too and gutted when Peter Noble hit the winner
I was convinced we were going to Wembley that season
