Toby Light was pretty grim in the 70's.

I vote for Stones in second place but the most dire beer award goes to Brew Ten which coincidentally used to be served from a little wooden hut at the Turf, top corner between Beehole End/Longside circa 1970-82(ish).
It was the tinned variety but served in a plastic pint tumbler. Dire.

Brew 10 was horrendous. Was it this that they used to serve in the Cats Whiskers with the foamy head, or was that Wilson’s?Billyblah wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 5:10 pmI vote for Stones in second place but the most dire beer award goes to Brew Ten which coincidentally used to be served from a little wooden hut at the Turf, top corner between Beehole End/Longside circa 1970-82(ish).

If you've ever been down Nottingham way, Shipstones was pretty awful.
