Just dipped into Phil Birds On This Day book and he mentions Roy Stephenson as one of the few players to have left Burnley and gone on to win the 1st Div/PL title.
Roy did it with Ipswich. I get John Connelly(Man Utd), Trevor Steven(Everton),
Mick Phelan(Man Utd) and Lee Dixon(Arsenal). Not sure on Taffy when he left for Derby?

I've looked up another one but won't post it as I had to google but another player signed on loan for us by Steve Cotterill has also won the Premier League.
