Ringo was a tough act to follow, but Michael did a damn fine job following on as the narrator of Thomas.

Rest in Peace Mr Angelis

Boys from the Blackstuff made a political impact in the 1980s days of Thatcher's mass unemployment. Angelis and Julie Walters showed the strains that precarious employment can have on marriages.
RIP Michael.

I seem to remember a scene from BFTBS,were Walters & Angelis played out a scene were Walters was telling Angelis to "Fight back you B@stard" its always stuck with me and was one of the most powerful scenes ive ever seen on tele, would be intresting if anyone could come up with it
RIP Michael

Google or Twitter his name today and there is a link, I'm crap at doing links on here sadly, but it's worth looking up. TV drama at its best.
