Must admit I was but the one that surprised me even more was Mark Winstanley over 150.Silkyskills1 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 1:46 pmQuite surprised to.see that Adrian Randall played 125 games for us.

Do you think Pender would have been a better bet than him in the Championship season under Mullen? Hard to recall now but we didn't really seem to strengthen with our signingsClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 2:03 pmMust admit I was but the one that surprised me even more was Mark Winstanley over 150.

Re: ARTICLE: Into the 1990s as we go up twice and down once
An up and down decade the '90s, though 91-92 is still the greatest season ever. At the time. living in the South of England with young kids I went to more away games than home and my over-riding feeling is that we were inconsistent and very fragile away from home . One of Sean Dyche's many achievements has been to make us a much more likely bet to perform away from home in recent years ...memory might be playing tricks but I just seem to remember a lot of very disappointing car journeys in the 1990s.

To be fair I didn't think Winstanley was that bad but the signings that summer following the play off win were just not good enough overall. It knocked us back considerably.JohnDearyMe wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 2:32 pmDo you think Pender would have been a better bet than him in the Championship season under Mullen?
