Next season fixtures
Just read that the first few rounds of fixtures for next season may be released today after the Premier League meeting, not sure how that is possible as we don't know who will be playing in the league.

Re: Next season fixtures
Could it be they are announcing the first set of fixtures - i.e. days/times - for the first few rounds of those remaining this season?claretburns wrote: ↑Thu Jun 04, 2020 9:13 amJust read that the first few rounds of fixtures for next season may be released today after the Premier League meeting, not sure how that is possible as we don't know who will be playing in the league.

Re: Next season fixtures
The report I read earlier mentioned "rebooted season", not next season. So this season which is to be up and running again. Along with broadcast and kickoff times.

Expected to be the same order of fixtures with the catch up games played first.

Re: Next season fixtures
They are deciding about the remaining fixtures this season. I would imagine that they will have to play the remaining games in the original sequence as regards “match week numbers “. Maybe they are deciding who plays when within that basic sequence. Hopefully we may find out when our next game (which must be away to Man City) will be. We should also start to find out who will broadcast each game. I am also assuming that games that were already scheduled for tv coverage by a particular broadcaster will stay with that broadcaster but again maybe this is up for debate.

Re: Next season fixtures
How many more games did we have left where they had to show us as a live game to reach our quota?
We aren't challenging either end of the table, we are boring to watch for the neutral and we are a club that not many people outside our own fans care less about. For those reasons I can't see the likes of Sky and BT wanting to put us on as one of their subscription channel games
Who'd have thought parking the bus and hoofing up front to a couple of lumps could eventually pay off so well
