Strangely I thought this earlier today.
I would have thought cost might out strip demand.
Maybe an online version, like has been muted throughout the football league due to lack of physical sales.

I’d doubt very much whether clubs will bother with them

I am not sure how or where they would sell them. But if in the unlikely event that they do they would likely be valuable collectors items in the years to come.

Programmes autographed by all the team would be particularly valuable.UnderSeige wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2020 9:08 pmI am not sure how or where they would sell them. But if in the unlikely event that they do they would likely be valuable collectors items in the years to come.

I remember when buying a programme was the only way I could find out who played for the opposition team.

Be nice if they made miniature limited edition size ones for the remaining games. Say 1000, £5 and give the profits to charity.
Failing that maybe ClaretTony could get something in the works something like an Up The Clarets programme. Be nice for to read articles he and others do in a booklet rather than on here.

Sadly sense the days of the matchday programme are numbered - hastened by the onset of Covid-19 - cash transactions and multiple touch-surfaces two areas likely to be under intense scrutiny in what some might call the 'new normal'

Wolves are doing a combined programme for their remaining home games:

They might do the online version of the programme.

I think that something similar with a significant review of the season so far, (maybe a match report of every match with league table, line-ups etc) and then a preview of remaining home games would actually be very popular. I would certainly order copy and would most likely order a few to send to "clarets abroad" who often ask us to buy programmes for them.Sean Dyche's Watch wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 6:05 amWolves are doing a combined programme for their remaining home games:

A review of the season so far, interspersed with player interviews would be particularly welcome (IMO) since it seems such a long time since the season "ended" let alone started, and it would get us all back in the "mood". (I'm guessing that it's too late now though).
