I have looked on the FAQ’s but cant see the s answer

Spades explains it very well as you would expect from a lady of distinction.

As I have just worked out how :

Go to post a reply

At bottom of box go to to Full editor
Go to Attachments tab
Add file from wherever it is

And it's best to click 'Place inline' too, just before submitting.
