PPI Claims Companies Commissions
PPI Claims Companies Commissions
Old topic now I know but does anyone know what commssions these Claims Companies charge in the event of an award?
Re: PPI Claims Companies Commissions
I don't know the answer to that but got a letter from Santander only last week saying that all claims were on hold for the obvious reason, It is over a year since the claim went in.

You may have missed the deadline for a PPI Claim - see link.

This site also has a Claim template that is easy to use so you wouldn't need to use a 3rd party (and lose any money).

Re: PPI Claims Companies Commissions
My brother passed away early innMarch and after he died a letter cane saying that he had won his PPI claim and the company would take 30% of the total claim. I immediately contacted them to explain the situation and they said they would leave me to deal with the collection and that their fee would be waived. However we are now 3 months down the line and I am still no closer to receiving anything despite sending e-mails and recorded delivery post. And as for my brothers Revolut account they still won’t tell me how much was in his account or when I am likely to get payment - I have sent Revolut copies of death certificate and probate letters (2 twice) yet still they can’t move their arse !
