I know. I’m waiting for the after match interviews, etc. and it appears that the people in the studio, who were previewing our game, watched the Arsenal game instead.

It will be 5 minutes of Watford's survival chances.

Most of that will be about what happened in Manchester.

What a lovely goal - well done to Brownhill in the first instance, a lovely cross (as is usually the case from Dwight) and a brilliant header.
Bosh!
Bosh!

Great to see Vydra chasing down and winning a free kick in the 94th minute. Another clean sheet too ---boring, boring Burnley!

Good interview from SD. Yet again playing down any instability at the club.

Re: Did Burnley win tonight
The commentator at the Burnley game was willing a Watford victory and talking negatively about the out of contract players including Joe Hart.

Dyche said nothing at all. Top class deflection tactics
But maybe there is no story

I thought it was very cagey! Skirted any reference to the chairman or the club. “Still with the players” “happy to get on with this team”. Personally think they have a strong enough relationship that they can disagree and not then sulk about it.huw.Y.WattfromWare wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 8:28 pmGood interview from SD. I had the commentary on. Can’t agree with that.DAVETHEVICAR wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 8:30 pmThe commentator at the Burnley game was willing a Watford victory and talking negatively about the out of contract players including Joe Hart.

Very complimentary with our first half display. Quite rightly said Watford had the better of the second.
Re: Did Burnley win tonight
Would agree, skirted around the chairman and board. Said he was happy to work with the group and players but get the feeling he wasn't speaking his full mind. The direct refusal to speak about the chairman is no bad thing but can't help but feel there is some truth in it all.Burnley Ace wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 8:33 pmI thought it was very cagey!
