What's the thinking with suggesting Jordan Ibe?

He's only played two games this season and has mostly been injured or out of favour.

Whenever I've seen him he seems more potential then delivery. He does not seem the sort of player that could replace Brady or JBG.

Ibe is an interesting one. I get why people are mentioning him - a £16m footballer not long ago suggests there's a player in there somewhere. Was outstanding for Derby on loan although that was a few years ago now.

Wouldn't go near Ibe with the proverbial barge pole given his lack of influence on the rare games he's had, his alleged antics in South London over the winter period don't reflect too well either though he isn't the first player to get into trouble, so he shouldn't be written off for this alone.
