Re: Landlord Advice - am I being swindled
I lost our £1000 deposit over alleged damaged to an interior wall that supposedly needed replastering. It was skim over plywood that fell off due to poor workmanship
I appealed via the Ombudsman and to our amazement lost
This at best was a £250 job
So landlords are absolute ****
My present one offered me £30 a month to keep the garden tidy. The previous landlord has multiple properties a fact the IRS are now aware of.
