Been watching ‘Sunderland Till I Die’ on Netflix during lockdown. Well worth a watch if you’ve not seen it. Sunderland have a great set Of supporters and The programme shows the suffering theyve experienced these last three to four seasons. They’ve missed out on promotion again this year with the lockdown. Puts in perspective How fortunate We BUrnley fans are at the moment.

...and Gary Rowell still lives at Reedley, loves watching bands at local pubs and clubs, and still loves Sunderland

Gary Rowell was an absolute disaster during his time at Burnley! Shockingly bad. One of the first names on my worst eleven of all time

He was finished. Injuries had done for him by the time he got to Burnley.

Another really good read about Jimmy Adamson. I remember losing to 9 man Sunderland but forgot that Adamson was their manager.

Adamson was almost fighting with Bob Lord in the directors box apparently - got very tasty in there - a clash between two quite unpleasant people
