Jed Wallace
Just watching the Millwall game. He looks like a really good talent. Hope we are looking at him this summer.
Re: Jed Wallace
One of the stand out performers in the Championship in the last few seasons, i agree with you, he's definitely got ability.

Re: Jed Wallace
Seem to remember his name being mentioned in dispatches previously on here, when he was at Portsmouth

Re: Jed Wallace
I've seen his name in dispatches, he plays on the right, so he could be a Hendrick replacement, his numbers are impressive 10 goals and 9 assists, however he tends to pick up cards 7 yellows 1 red this campaign, and he's contracted til 2022, so he won't come cheap, and if Millwall make it to the PL, he probably wouldn't be available anyway, but yes he's the type we should be looking at.

Re: Jed Wallace
Strong runner and very direct but not lightening quick and not very much finesse about him.

Re: Jed Wallace
I liked how much he tracked back.
He defiantly has a bit of a quality about him.

Re: Jed Wallace
Had him on my short Tombola list of 5 possible right wingers, which was posted at the start of May.

Quality player, perfect for us, but getting him out of Millwall won't be easy as others have said.
Re: Jed Wallace
Excellent free kick taker as well, that is one thing we miss from a right footer, Westwood takes a very good corner but i wouldn't say he's adept at direct free kicks.
It's not a problem for the left hand side of the box with Dwight of course.

Re: Jed Wallace
I’m confident we could prize a player from Millwall if we wanted.
He does look like he would suit a Sean Dyche team.

Re: Jed Wallace
apologies Bodge...I didn’t see your reference to ‘direct’ free kicks!
you’re right of course!

Re: Jed Wallace
He certainly fits the blueprint of a Dyche type winger. Millwall are doing very well but I am not aware of them being cash rich. Unless there's been a takeover I am not aware of. Cheeky bid?!
Re: Jed Wallace
Didn't he cross for Ben Mee, this week?

Re: Jed Wallace
I like Westy but the Palace free kick was actually mishit according to the players, and not what was planned at all.claretblue wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 12:56 amhe looked adept at Old Trafford and Palace when assisting goals for Wood + Mee with his free kicks!

Re: Jed Wallace
Miskick or not he still got an assist, yet another assist. That's what the stats will show, not the how, but the result.
