Excellent footballer and the perfect replacement for Aaron Lennon. Big, big sell on potential too.

Bournemouth also in the hunt but I imagine that relies on them staying in the prem

Is this the lad from QPR? Weren't we linked with him in January?

We do have good links at QPR. There's Lee Hoos who was our CEO and Mark Warburton who is a mate of Dyche's. Having said that, I don't think they were best pleased when we recalled Nahki Wells in January.

Thing is with Samuel he looks to play more on the left.

Would probably prefer Eliasson on that basis. But with Dwight likely off in a year or two, I’m not sure why we wouldn’t look at both?

Maybe we’d have let him go there but they wouldn’t let Samuel go... in which case they can hardly blame us for recalling Wells?

Just seen the other thread quoting Samuel saying “both may be losing a similar player”... in which case Dwight is off! :? :? :?

Was just thinking the same. Surely referring to Lennon as it'll take one heck of a bid to prise McNeil away.

He's been mentioned a lot in various threads, i'd be delighted if we could get him, perfect profile young and in the final year of his contract.

And looking at his stats his end product has improved hugely this season, this is encouraging, but no more than that until we get players signing on the dotted line.

If we are going to be signing guys such as BOS and Brownhill, the future is exciting, we've got a solid core of PL experience, now we just need to add some youth and vitality to the mix.

Glad to hear we are in for this type of player. Right age and should be affordable (entering final year of contract and QPR not flush for cash). From what I have seen he looks direct and pacy.

I think he is exactly what we want. Another player that can beat a man and put a cross in

Eze is obviously a great talent but I think this guy would actually suit our system a lot better

He can play both sides. Versatile player.

Would be a nice option if Westwood or Cork we’re injured

Well obviously we'd give him a run in the reserves for six months in the first instance; got to get him Dyche-fit and used to the system.

We should have done a swap with Nakki when he was at QPR
I expect no outs and no new faces though
