Eric Dier banned for climbing into stand

I can't recall the game now but Eric Dier charged into the stand at the end at Spurs when his brother got into an altercation.

Today, Dier has been fined £40,000 for his actions along with a four match ban for using threatening actions.

Feel for the guy but if they hadn’t acted this would be going on regularly.
Got off quite lightly compared to Cantona. They did acknowledge he was subjected to foul abuse.

Grealish and Walker were not in a football stadium at the time. Probably judged to be violent or aggressive behaviour in a match scenario. Doesn’t matter that it was after the final whistle. Guendouzi is a lucky boy if he get’s away with it, mind you Dier’s actions were some time ago so who knows if Guendouzi won’t get some punishment retrospectively.

Thought he'd get a stiffer sentence. As above, with Cantona. Regards to Guendouzi. That was largely handbags. Yes. He should have retrospectively been punished but players can't go randomly attacking fans in the stands regardless of what has happened.
