Our final 3 matches.....what TV channels?

Post by LoveCurryPies » Sun Jul 12, 2020 3:42 pm

Do we know which channels our last 3 games will be shown on?

And if it hasn’t been announced, when will it be known?

Not sure if people are aware, but BBC have decided to show the first half of Wednesdays game on BBC2 and the second on BBC1 🤷‍♂️

Oh well.
Hopefully they'll get our name right on both their main channels in one night!

Last Game of the Season v Brighton

Post by UnderSeige » Mon Jul 13, 2020 11:54 am

Does anyone know which TV channel this will be on yet or when it will be decided which channel will be covering it?

I know it's 4pm on Sunday 26th July.

I am thinking that the TV companies will be jostling for matches that could be deciders. E.g. Relegation deciders and contention for Europe.

You are right in you're logic.

They haven't been chosen yet.

I suppose there could be the case for not having all the games on at the same time...so more could be shown on TV. So long as the game doesn't have any influence on relegation or European places. Chances are Burnley v BHA will be a dead rubber. So why not put it on at 12.30 ?

I agree with that, games of no significance could be shown at a different time, I suspect the Burnley game will be one of them

They do that with the Snooker, thinking many people won't be interested.
