Covid 19 Alert in Pendle

Post by MT03ALG » Wed Jul 15, 2020 3:52 pm

Lancashire County Council have asked people in Pendle to take action now to reduce a future spike in cases in Pendle and the need for a local lockdown. This follows a recent increase in the number of cases in Pendle, particularyly in Nelson and Brierfield. BBC NW reported this at lunchtime today from Colne Town Centre !!

Don’t blame them.

Safer being in Colne than Brierfield or Nelson.

Seems like a good idea to avoid Nelson and Brierfield? Why would they risk catching and spreading the virus more than they need to?
