Well. Justice was done if nothing else. Didn't deserve a point but then neither did they at Molineux. Couldn't pass at all tonight. Strange game where considering Wolves dominance. They rarely threatened'Pope. I'm marking Pieters up one for having to keep switching positions.

Pope 7 Nothing much to do though.
Bardsley 8 Grafted all night.
Long 7 Another steady performance. (Hope he's OK)
Tarkowski 6 Not his brilliant best.
Taylor 7 Coped well with Traore up to going off. (Hope he's OK)
Pieters 6 Mostly OK but like many in the team, too many misplaced passes.
Westwood 7 Steady again, nothing special.
Brownhill 6 Not his best game
McNeil 6 Again, not his best.
Wood 5 And he's lucky to get that.
Rodriguez 7 Worked hard as usual but not much sevice. (Again, hope he's OK)

JBG 6 Didn't see much of the ball. Steady.
Vydra 7 Excellen set up for Wood's dreadful miss
Brady Sorry. Waste of a sub.

Too much sloppy play tonight. Everyone looked a bit jaded and I'm not surprised after their recent efforts.

Pope 7 Didn't have too much to do and couldn't do much about their goal.
Bardsley 5 Thought he was poor. First half in particular.
Tarks 7 Did what he does most games but not at his absolute best.
Long 7 He's proving one hell of a stand in for Mee.
Taylor 7 Thought he was playing well until his injury. Hope he's ok.
Pieters 6 Struggled at times but did his best.
Westwood 6 Not quite on it today for me.
Brownhill 6 Ran around a lot and got into one or two good positions
McNeil 7 Was hoping for better from him. Didn't really impose himself when he got the ball.
Jay Rod 6 Struggled for any decent ball. Hope he's ok too.
Wood 6 Would have less but the penalty was very well taken.

JBG 6 Thought he did his best and hopefully will improve with more game time
Vydra 7 Got into some good positions but nothing really fell for him.
Brady 6 One good pass just before the pen

We didn't play well tonight. Too many lost or long balls going nowhere.

Got out of jail with the penalty although did think it was one.

A very weary team playing against a team with a very deep and high quality squad. But we never quit despite losing Taylor.
So 7‘s all round. Would be unfair to give any less

Pope 7-little to do
Bardsley 6-poor going forward but sound defensively. One extra for his assist
Tarks 7
Long 7
Taylor 7
Pieters 6 did some good defending particularly when Taylor was on, but gave the ball away a few times
Brownhill 6-long time to get into the game
Westwood 6, gave away possession early on then settled in
JBG-quite impressed with some of the things he did, Delightful ball to Jay which led to a chance
Wood 6, not got into full fitness yet.Worked hard-great pen, but what a miss
Rodriguez-7, lets hope he is fit Saturday
Vydra-6, great knock back for Woods miss

Yes, that waste of space. One pass doesn't make him a good player. He's been pathetic all season and not very good before that. He scored a great free kick against Chelsea and for some reason that makes him a good player for ever in some people's eyes. Can't remember him doing a lot else.

How many times has Sean used him, even when he was fit? Not many and there's a reason for that.

Bit harsh being injured all season and pathetic. He’s probably had less than 90 minutes on the pitch all season and set up a goal

Had a real end of season feel about it, we didn't really get going, some wayward dismal passing, but considering we were a patched up team we never gave up.

He's not been injured ALL season and if he's only had 90 mins, that's probably because Sean doesn't rate him as good enough. He probably only sent him on tonight because he's no one else left.

Kept Traore in check. Watched a different game to me imo. Thought he gave Charlie a bit of a torrid time. Very rare you can say that about our next England international!!

Traore will give anyone a hard time, just because of his phyical presence. Taylor was beaten from time to time as you would expect, but I thought he did pretty well against a very difficult opponent.

Still, everyone sees it differently.

How many telling crosses did Trarore get in, blocked most of his attempts. Did ok for me

I'm aware of that but one good pass doesn't mean he should get a high score. What about the times he lost the ball or gave it away? Don't they count?

Involved in the missed chance moved, super ball leading to the penalty. Great to have him back.

We weren’t at our best tonight but I’m astonished at some of the low marks after a performance that saw us concede just once against a hell of a good side.

Pope 7
Bardsley 7
Long 7
Taylor 7
Pieters 7
Brownhill 6
Westwood 6
McNeil 6
Rodriguez 7
Wood 6

JBG 7
Vydra 7

For someone so useless he has had 405 minutes on the pitch this season with 1 goal and 2 assists. For someone hardly involved I’d take direct goal involvement of 1 every game and a half.

We created more with him on the pitch than for the previous 80 odd minutes

People are giving Vydra 5 and 6s, yet he produced a wonderful set up for Wood's incredible miss. If Wood had scored, would people have given Vydra a higher score? If so, that's wrong because it wasn't Vydra's fault Wood missed because it was still a brilliant knock back.

One good ball doesn't make someone a good player.

Vydra is quality, simple as that

So giving the ball to the opposition as often as to your own players is OK then? Because that's what he does most of the time.

Anyway, as I said earlier, people are entitled to their view. I just don't rate him.

Not the best but this team has given everything over the past month or so. Understandable to be out of sorts and running on empty.

To be honest I’d not be disappointed to see him leave but we need all we have at the minute

I'm aware of that but one good pass doesn't mean he should get a high score. What about the times he lost the ball or gave it away? Don't they count?
To say its a waste of a sub, sort of sums up your football knowledge really, bearing in mind his input.

Did Brady shag your wife or something?

Seriously, it's good to see him back. He was excellent before his injury, and I hope he gets back to that sort of form.

Yes, that's the only reason he got on tonight, because we are so short of players.

I know nothing, I've only been going on the Turf for 68 years. Maybe I need a bit more time?

He was excellent? When? I must have blinked and missed it.

Oh, and I've been happily unmarried since 2009. Long before Brady turned up.
