We'll stay 10th, let's just sign off with a couple of wins, and end the season on a high with a record points total, and a record number of victories in the PL.

Sheffield just lost. Everton drew.
Both results are good for Burnley.

And Henderson conceded, so that helps Popey.LoveCurryPies wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 8:32 pmSheffield just lost. Everton drew.

I would be delighted with 10th, icing on the cake if Pope gets the golden glove and Wood gets the golden flag.

Tied on 10th and very happy with that and 57 points.
Re: Our final position depends on these matches...
It'll need to spin a long way. Both Wolves and Tottenham play Crystal Palace, and both Wolves and Tottenham need only 1 win to be certain of finishing above us. I really don't see Palace getting anything from either of those.
Re: Our final position depends on these matches...
Nice gap of 5 points between us and Everton and Saints. Looks like we are pretty near certain to finish 10th or better which is awesome. Hopefully we can finish strong despite suffering even more injuries. UTC

Re: Our final position depends on these matches...
Sheff Utd should get points against both Everton and Soton - so, neither of those teams can do enough to catch us.
Arsenal should get points v Villa and Watford, but it could be tight.
Tottenham v Leicester will be competitive. Leicester will want their 4th place finish.
Wolves v Chelsea will also be competitive. Chelsea will want their CL place.
So, do the FA Cup games have an impact?
It's surprising how much there is still to play for, especially with City's ban being lifted.
Can the Clarets keep going with the players that are still standing? Have we got enough to get wins in both last two games? Will other results favour us? 10th and equalling our 54 point best PL points total will be tremendous end to the season.

PL table is beginning to look good. The bad news is we are bottom. The good news is we are bottom of the top half , in other words we are one of the big 10.

To my knowledge, there are ONE HUNDRED AND TEN professional football clubs in England. If we finish as the TENTH best club, then I think we’ll all drink to that.
