Again, not giving anything away about his future. Why would he? Holding is cards close to his chest is guaranteed to give him more leverage. Might even get himself a new contract as well.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Fri Jul 17, 2020 6:19 pmhopefully the link works

Re: Dyche On Clarets' Cultured Environment
When you listen to that it seems that other thread regarding Sean's off the cuff remarks about Burnley going for anything free is just tongue in cheek. He seems committed. Where would he go, Newcastle, Everton? The top clubs go for big names, usually foreign. I think Sean is best with Burnley.. or perhaps Leeds???
Re: Dyche On Clarets' Cultured Environment
Having watched the interview I realise more than ever that we have an outstanding manager and he seems to love working with and developing this group of players - his relationship with them may be pivotal in him staying here.
Re: Dyche On Clarets' Cultured Environment
He’s definitely keeping his options available, there’s no doubt about it. If the right opportunity presents itself, he will be off unfortunately.kritichris wrote: ↑Sat Jul 18, 2020 11:21 pmWhen you listen to that it seems that other thread regarding Sean's off the cuff remarks about Burnley going for anything free is just tongue in cheek. Re: Dyche On Clarets' Cultured Environment
There might even be a vacancy at Crystal Palace, who are safe in the Prem but will finish the season with 8 successive defeats should they lose their last 2 games (away to Wolves home to Tottenham).
Hardly the sort of form to take into the next campaign.

Hodgson has just signed for another year. But I wouldn't be surprised at all if Palace came in for him in 12 months time, or had put the feelers out already via agents.kentonclaret wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 8:23 amThere might even be a vacancy at Crystal Palace, who are safe in the Prem but will finish the season with 8 successive defeats should they lose their last 2 games (away to Wolves home to Tottenham).

Re: Dyche On Clarets' Cultured Environment
Why would anyone assume Crystal Palace are a bigger club or more attractive proposition than Burnley?
Their chairman will be far less accommodating for a start.

woy will ensure 2 victories and a Euro place for Burnley.kentonclaret wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 8:23 amThere might even be a vacancy at Crystal Palace, who are safe in the Prem but will finish the season with 8 successive defeats should they lose their last 2 games (away to Wolves home to Tottenham).

Bigger budget? Closer to Northampton? The ‘London’ attraction for players. They’ve also just been granted Category 1 Academy status as well as developing a new training ground.
Re: Dyche On Clarets' Cultured Environment
What can Crystal Palace realistically expect to achieve in the Prem over the next few seasons, that we can't?
Maybe a couple of places higher perhaps, but that's it.

Hopefully, when Leeds start to do a Norwich Bielsa will be looked at first. Spurs would be my guess to go in for him.
