Re: Norwich v Burnley - Player Ratings
Just had a hunch the worst side in the league, on the worst home run the top division has seen for 100 years, who cant score, and who had lost 3 and 4 nil to Southampton and West Ham since the restart.THEWELLERNUT70 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 7:54 amThe bookies love punters like you, since when did we ever win 3-0 away (or at home for that matter) in the Premier League
Obviously soon as they go down to 9mem , you think this could be 4 or 5, not we would look so clueless with the ball.
never mind, another wonderful season

Re: Norwich v Burnley - Player Ratings
More chance of 4 or 5 had they had 11 players on the pitch - they just parked the bus in the second half, went 4-4-0 and that would have made it difficult for any team.MACCA wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 11:11 amJust had a hunch the worst side in the league, on the worst home run the top division has seen for 100 years, who cant score, and who had lost 3 and 4 nil to Southampton and West Ham since the restart.

Done it four times this season, only once away though.THEWELLERNUT70 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 7:54 amThe bookies love punters like you, since when did we ever win 3-0 away (or at home for that matter) in the Premier League

A performance that warrants mostly 7’s, the majority yesterday were good and solid but not particularly great, Pope and Westwood were the standouts.

Strange game. Westwood's appetite for the ball and pressing made him the stand out player. Pope actually made two quality saves (he must really want the award) and excellent again at crosses. Been very impressed with Tarkowski's form since acting captain. He really tells players what they should be doing. His distribution since lockdown ended has been very impressive too

Pope 7
Bardsley 6 - Love Bardo but we need a new first choice younger RB.
Tarkowski 6
Long 6
Pieters 6
JBG 6
Brownhill 5
Westwood 7* - Only one wanting the ball and trying to drive us on and create chances.
McNeil 6
Wood 6 - Plus one for the good goal.
Jay 5
Vydra 6
Brady 6
Was painful to watch us try and break down an already relegated team who had 9 men.
