For all the Saturday night moaners
Would you rather be last on MotD or last on EFL on Quest?

Re: For all the Saturday night moaners
the fact is simple, the arsenal/spurs mafia that inherited the prime jobs on the tv are inarticulate lazy slobs.
wright on his slot on radio 5 actually spoke about how the premier league is shackled by poor clubs who just want to stay in no matter what, and he wanted them gone ASAP.The radio and televised media channels are awash with smug suck up panelists who play up to the london based clubs. Its one thing saying if we drew nil nil with bournemouth what should we expect. But its more than that, its the sniggering, patronising /condescending coverage that is beyond the pale.
I don't see any quality programmes anywhere. as for suggesting we should be happy come what may ******* to that.
the BBC particularly should at least try to appear unbiased, but instead we get half arsed grinning gary asking the incoherent wrighty for a comment that quite frankly he cant be bothered thinking of, but the editors expect at least him mentioning us by name. the championship stuff has always been playing second fiddle, up and coming nonentities and hosted by the ever present dimwitted female hosts.

It's a good rant, Wile E, but we don't need to read it twice.

So Wrightys forgotten how we paid his wages prior to him becoming a media star
Anyone who gets promoted even Dirty Leeds do so on merit
I was gutted that little team Brentford blew their chance of promotion.

Watched a bit of Quest EFL last night. Had Murray on and quickly switched off. Can't stand that bloke!

I think I’m probably on my own with this be but I honestly couldn’t care less what the media say about us, I enjoy watching us and that’s all that matters really to me. I don’t go looking for reports to read etc and start picking up on comments.
I completely understand why it does annoy people though and the posters above make fair comments, I’m just not arsed

I quite revel in it. Knowing, no matter how much they squirm when begrudgingly mention us. No matter how many times they tag us on at the end of MOTD.
No matter how many "top managers" s#*t themselves in case we have the audacity to beat them. I just sit there gloating. Knowing there's absolutely Jack S#*t they can do about it.

Re: For all the Saturday night moaners
As someone who records MotD & EFL and ff to the action my biggest gripe is game coverage. There is so much more to football than goals and endless repeats. In 6 minutes of coverage MotD can show just 5 bits of actions then drag it out with repeats, bench shots, crowd shots, etc., If 90mins of PL football is worth 5 moments how the hell do they sell it around the globe?
Re: For all the Saturday night moaners
The Norwich game was one where the narrative continued about us being dull to watch.
Granted it was a poor game, but Gabby Logan and the pundits went above and beyond to say it was a terrible game and was almost beneath them to comment on it. The constant "there's not much to talk about" line is lazy, and they come across like they really can't be arsed giving us any in depth analysis other than "Burnley do what they do". I mean we did have 20 shots in that game. I've seen much worse this season from the big clubs, but of course they are "tactical battles"

Re: For all the Saturday night moaners
A proper moaner would obviously prefer to moan about the EFL.
