I shall listen to his solo album "In the Skies" tonight. Brilliant guitarist. Had many a struggle with mental health.

I bought his first solo album, ‘The End of the Game’ and I suppose it really was for him. Very sad.

Heard an interview recently and the organiser of Glastonbury said Fleetwood Mack are the one band that’s escaped them that they’d love to have on

For me, the original Fleetwood Mac was the definitive line up.
Oh Well Peter Green, RIP.

Ah man, that's sad. So much of his life wasted, that is, not playing.

Man of the world is sublime. So few songs can reach that level. Where they are just perfectly done.

Not my type of music but I know talent when I see it or in this case hear it
And every now and then over the years I have found myself singing Man of the World which I think is a great song with great lyrics

I saw Fleetwood Mac at the old Queensway Hall in my hometown of Dunstable back in about 1969 when I am pretty sure Peter Green was with them.

Inspired me to learn guitar listening to early Fleetwood Mac. Last saw him play in Liverpool with the Splinter Group in the late 90's.

Only available on YouTube, was only ever performed live.

I know Paul Butterfield Blues Band did a version on East-West

And obviously BB King version.

But this makes me cry every time.

I saw him with the Splinter group and John Mayall, it was a sad sight tbh, but I'm glad I went.

R.I.P. - go jam with Gary Moore
