NOWTV Day Pass Vouchers Issued by The Club

Has anyone managed to successfully activate one of the free day passes using a voucher code. I have just tried to activate one of the pass codes. What a mess! But I eventually managed to sort it.

If I click on the link in the E-Mail I get a warning message:

The link you just clicked seems to lead to another site than what the link text indicated. This is sometimes used for tracking whether you clicked the link, but it could also be a scam.

The link text indicated that the link would lead to www.nowtv.com, but it leads to communicatoremail.com.

Pasting the link into the browser causes a 'Page Not Found' error.

I therefore logged onto my account and found the page where you redeem passes. I entered the voucher code and got the following message:

"Hmmm, we don't recognise that voucher code. Check you entered it correctly and try again".

How I Sorted it through a web browser.
Go into your NOWTV account. (you might have to create an account if you don't have one) https://www.nowtv.com/ie/sign-in
Start to Purchase a Sky Sports Pass as normal. https://www.nowtv.com/home/existing
Choose the day pass
Follow all the rigermerol through until you come to the payment screen.
There should be a box on the payment screen that enables you to enter the voucher code.
This worked.

P.S. Nowtv didn't like Firefox.

I activated one on my phone this morning and then logged onto the NowTV app on my tele and am currently watching the cricket. Took 2-3 minutes. Was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done!

Every Premier League club were given a number of them to pass on to season ticket holders. Our club advertised it on the website on at least a couple of occasions. The first occasion was 16th June and it was linked to on here. I assume they removed the article once they were all taken but I think initially season ticket holders were entitled to two but it then went to four. As it happens, today is the first time we've been on Sky and it not be free to air.

I made the post for people who wanted to follow the E-Mail instructions. I haven't got a smart phone. It looks like if you've got a smart phone set it it up on that rather than through a web browser.
