Very bored on this Sunday waiting for the final games of the season.

Can we get a list of all the grounds you can see from the motorway ?

Walsall has to be the obvious one.
Wembley and the Arch.
Leeds
Colchester
Crawley

Just a few to get us started.

Technically Colchester/Crawley can't be seen from a motorway, if we're including dual carriageway/A roads then..

Stoke City

You can JUST about see St Andrews from the M6.

You used to be able to see Ewood when joining the motorway from Shadsworth on the M65. Industrial units block it now though

Technically you can see St James Park from 1 the A167(M) although I wouldn’t argue if you said it doesn’t count.

‘Walsall’ and ‘show off’ aren’t something I’d ever imagined would combine together.

I'm not saying the motorway was close but the slip road went part over the open end at Eastville.

I seem to recall a visit there in the mid 80s when a couple of cars pulled over to watch part of our 4-0 defeat

I'm pretty sure you can see Old Trafford from the Barton Bridge, and there's a point on the M6 where you can see the floodlights at Deepdale.
