Comes up a lot on my Twitter feed due to the music and bands im into and she has been very active as recently as a few days ago.
Was very surprised to see the news today as only a couple of weeks ago she was making me laugh hammering a few idiots who were talking shite about her.
Dont know much about her beyond her work with the bands Tiger mentions but I know from the way people promoted and spoke about her before her death how respected and loved in the music industry she really was

She sang with many artists most notable with Factory stalwarts A Certain Ratio also Ian Brown.Been a bad couple of days for MCR musicians CP Lee passed away at the weekend as well most known for the punk pastiche Snuff Rock EP R.I.P

Many years back I read "When we were thin" about Alberto y Lost Trios Paranoias and I mailed CP Lee to say how much I enjoyed it. He replied by making me a CD of Alberto y Lost Trios Paranoias tracks. What a kind gesture.
