Offer on the table elsewhere do you reckon ?
Otherwise, why throw away a potential payout or continued employment at Wigan ?

He has been linked with both Birmingham & Bristol City but one of those jobs disappeared yesterday.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 10:19 amOffer on the table elsewhere do you reckon ?

PC will get another job soon enough after his impressive run with Wigan, i can see plenty of Championship clubs being interested in him.
I don't think he's ready to take the step up to the elite league yet, but in a few years he could well be on the radar of some PL owners, if he continues to develop and achieve success.

I was thinking with Wigan's financial problems he might be happy to ignore a payout claim or continued salary to help them out. But also on the otherhand, if a club was in for him, why not stay at Wigan to give them the compensation the other club would pay for his services?Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 10:19 amOffer on the table elsewhere do you reckon ?

If he's resigned -as reported- he won't be getting any pay.claretburns wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 2:57 pmI was thinking with Wigan's financial problems he might be happy to ignore a payout claim or continued salary to help them out. He was close to the sack at Christmas when they were bottom but they couldn’t afford to sack him. And then came this remarkable run.tiger76 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 2:12 pmPC will get another job soon enough after his impressive run with Wigan, i can see plenty of Championship clubs being interested in him.
