The Nation League imo is a big improvement, with reducing the number of friendlies.
But I would never want all friendlies to be scrapped, as they do serve their purpose in moderation.

I can see tantrums and tears from the likes of Moaninho, Arteta, OGS, Klopp and Lampard. Complaining again about needing a break and then complaining that the fixture schedule doesn't give them enough rest time. It must be difficult for the poor dears to get to the training grounds some days with all the toys thrown out of the pram.
