Doesn’t look to be much yellow on it
So, the away kit is the one that Dwight is sporting in that photo and then the 3rd kit is yellow. Sounds like they’ve just used the goalkeeper kits from last season. Perhaps that’s so we can give more money to Dyche.........

Why can we not simply release the details of these kits? Is it some kind of marketing wizardry that I can’t fathom? Is it incompetence on our part? Or is it that we simply don’t give a monkeys??

It is baffling. I don't know why they can't just release them all at the same time.

Does anyone know what the hieroglyphics actually mean? ラブベット is Japanese for Love bet.

Away kit black, third kit yellow.
Thanks for that. Have you seen either?

Apologies I didn’t realise you were talking kits in plural

I’m not a big fan of having both the home & away shirts “dark” tbh

The only reason to make the away on black and not yellow is so they “need” a third when both teams shirts are deemed “to dark”

(And yes I know it’s all about selling and every team does it)

I wonder if they genuinely thought that the 1920-21 kit had claret socks as opposed to black ones with them being dark on the black and white photos? Surely not? They should have gone the whole way if it was a tribute to that team from 100 years ago in my opinion.

The strip looks better on athletic young lads than it does on the images I’ve seen online to be honest though.

Exactly this. What's worse, is why go to the lengths of specifically mentioning in an article that 'the players modelled the new home kit, along with the new training wear, which will be released online and in the Clarets store very soon'? Clearly they were always going to have done the away kit too. How likely would it be that Sky would come back to do another green screen session once we'd decided to release it?

Saw Boden suggesting on Twitter that the delayed release was something not to do with the club, and a source of frustration, but provided no further details. Strange really that there were no issues with the other teams that Umbro supply. Have posted before, but we are still so far behind the times in terms of the way we operate commercially.

Easy to misread it.

Mine arrived today. Have to say, the simplicity of it makes it my favourite home strip in years, although as ever the sponsor logo spoils it somewhat. Got the full strip for my six year old and it looks fantastic sponsorless.
