It's run by Lancashire County Council and designed to drive up standards in domestic repair and maintenance services and give confidence to consumers when they're looking for someone to undertake works to their house.
That said, I'm struggling to get anyone to regrout some tiling/ replace bath sealant in a quality bathroom spruce up so if there's anyone in the Accrington area who can do a competent job I'd be interested in hearing from them!

If you don't have a go yourself you'll never learn how to decorate. Many wallpapers can now be applied by just pasting the wall - what could be easier?
