It hurts to type this.
My hero Adam Blacklaw had a nightmare, Stoke v Burnley, November 1963. Game ended 4-4, should have been 0-4 to us.
Despite that, I still copped a belting from a bunch of hooligans after the game.

All of Brian Easton’s performances, nicknamed “ The Wall” not because of his defensive prowess but because he controlled the ball like one.
Also...
Sept 2014, The Hawthorns. 2-0 down, Ross Wallace is hooked at half time for Nathaniel Chalobah. I’d been excited to see our loanee and kept an eye on him. He was clueless, wrong runs, wrong position, just awful. The game just took place around him. Still looks the same when I see him, god knows how he’s anywhere near the England set up.

Always thought Bikey could and probably should have been a better player than he was. Not sure he wanted to really play for Burnley.burnleytom wrote: ↑Fri Aug 21, 2020 6:22 pmChrist, that Bikey game was an absolute car-crash performance. Spent the whole train ride home trying to come up with reasons why we shouldn't get rid of him. Faith in Eddie Howe was seriously wobbled that day too.
