Leeds charged by FA
Been charged over their promotion celebrations following the win against Derby last season.
Can we hope for the most severe penalty of automatic relegation?

The FA will probably take a "Tough line" and ban supporters from going to Elland Rd for the first home match!

At least that will give them something else to moan about, particularly as they think that the FA hate them.

Re: Leeds charged by FA
Leeds United have been charged by the Football Association for using "pyrotechnic devices" as they celebrated winning the Championship title after their match at Derby County last month.
What did they actually do? Does anybody know?
This will probably result in a small fine but their fans will still moan like hell!

Re: Leeds charged by FA
Who's charging them ?
Is it the authorities for parading in an open top bus, the tossers ?

In my defence, it took me 33 minutes to type that question out !!!Ashingtonclaret46 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 20, 2020 7:22 pmfunky --see the post above yours! Typical drummer, can't read the Beano
But seriously, it was mentioned on the TV that the (non football) authorities were not
best pleased with their parading in an open top bus. Wonder what happened to that then !!!
Probably sweet fa as usual, but I stand to be corrected.

I think it was just the annual burning of their IOU's
I have it on good authority that on one day of every year the City of Leeds enjoys 24 hours of daylight, with Elland Road serving as a brightly lit beacon that can be seen from the furthest reaches of our Galaxy.

Probably not......I doubt whether anyone on this board would've been enjoying their celebrations along with them
