As the new season begins, and we're definitely not going to be able to attend the Turf right now, it also looks like we're also not even going to see the games live via media.
I've prepaid in full for my season ticket, but I've not seen anything from the club with regard to this.
Will they refund me on a game to game basis as they are ticked off the fixture list?
Will they offer me a full refund but decline to reserve my seat (which I've had since the JH opened)?
Will they offer me a full refund and reserve my seat for when we can resume trips to TM?
Anybody know?

That'll be a first.
Wasn't there a song - 'There are more questions than answers'..
I seriously don't need the money, but I would be interested to know what the plans are. If any.

Re: Refunds
A whole series of questions have been collected by Burnley FC Supporters Groups to put to the club. It includes all of these.dougcollins wrote: ↑Fri Aug 28, 2020 6:58 pmAs the new season begins, and we're definitely not going to be able to attend the Turf right now, it also looks like we're also not even going to see the games live via media.

Re: Refunds
Don't know if it will have any bearing on what Burnley decide but City communicating that season tickets will be rolled over to next season and that initially 15% of ground capacity will be available game by game to season ticket holders by ballot.
Don't think there is any charge for the tickets allocated by ballot.

Re: Refunds
Should be quicker to sort this time, only sold around 11,000 season tickets.
